Let me first introduce myself. My name is Shane Jones and I have personally been in the
collections field for 12 years now. For the last 5 and ½ years I have been
working in a very specialized industry. It requires me to transfer certain
accounts to a collections agency, which is knowledgeable to our unique
business.
During the time that I have been in my current
position, I have tried using multiple different collection agencies. All of
which, I’ve received little to no results from.

Good afternoon Clark we spoke last week briefly on the success I was having with our collection agency Tucker Albin. I wanted to give you a few more details about the Agency.
We have online access to view all collector notes and any changes to the account. I receive weekly updates on the accounts I’ve places and how much they have collected. They pay like clockwork each month, I never have to worry where our check is and how much we should be receiving. When they collect monies in the previous month, We receive our portion of the collection every 25th of the month. They are located here in Texas but handle national accounts. This is by far the best agency I have every used and think they could be a real asset in the collection of our past due, bad debt customers.

I must admit, I was skeptical of a collection agency recovering cash from a particularly defiant customer. In my view I had been a victim, conned into service with no intention of payment, there was virtually no chance of recovering the debt.
After more than a year of negotiating with this belligerent, non-paying customer I had lost hope of recovering anything. Yet Tucker–Albin Associates leaped at the opportunity to recover funds, their staff was able to aggressively apply the needed pressure to get this customer to yield. Finding zero assets available to this customer Tucker-Albin Associates got creative and managed to direct this customer into borrowing enough money to pay a least a large portion of the debt. It was not full payment; however, they were able to get “blood out of a turnip”. Tucker-Albin Associates recovered cash from someone with no money or assets! Their efforts have secured my patronage for future collection needs.

We have been after 2 accounts that have been slow or no pay for some time. One account owed us a small amount from three invoices for 12 months. The other would always tell us we have no money and you are “on the top of our list”. We were spinning our wheels with both accounts.
