Upon your enrollment in SMS and Email programs you agree to the following:
If we need to contact you to service your account or to collect amounts you owe, you authorize us (and our affiliates, agents and contractors) to contact you at any email address you use, number you provide us, number from which you call us, or at a number which we believe we can reach you. We may contact you in any way, such as Email, calling or texting. We may contact you using an automated dialer or prerecorded messages. We may contact you on a mobile, wireless or similar device, even if you are charged for it. We are currently unable to communicate with New York consumers by email or text.
SMS
- Account reminders will be sent according to account activity, including, for example, payment reminders, payment confirmations, past due reminders, etc.
- Message frequency is based on account activity.
- Message and Data rates may apply.
- If you need help, reply “HELP” to the text message you received, or reach out to us by phone at (469)424-3033.
- We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:
- Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.
- Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

If you chose to unsubscribe:
You understand and agree that it may take up to 3 days after receipt of your notice to process your request to cease further communications, and that you consent to continued communications during this time.
